Job Opportunity: Office Administrator

 

ServPRO a well-established firm of Accountants, Auditors, Advocates and Consultants, is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator for its offices in Nicosia.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage phone calls, correspondence and document deliveries
  2. Maintain the reception and conference areas clean and tidy
  3. Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
  4. Liaise with clients and colleagues and deal with their requests and needs
  5. Maintain the internal CRM system and reporting frequently
  6. Track stocks of office supplies, stationery, equipment and place orders when necessary
  7. Make arrangements with cleaners to maintain a clean and healthy office environment
  8. Assist in marketing administration including SM posts and distribution of newsletters
  9. Provide administrative support to the CEO
  10. Ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations and office procedures
  11. Assist with any other administrative matters

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Business Administration or other relevant degree
  2. Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
  3. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  4. Highly organized multitasker
  5. Excellent time management and communication skills, both written and spoken.
  6. Enthusiastic, confident and dynamic, adaptable and flexible
